Lellow is for parents and adult caregivers. Children's accounts aren't supported.

What we keep.

When you sign in with Google, we store your Google account identifier, email, and a display name using your first name and last initial. Your email is never shown on public listings or reviews. We use a secure, HTTP-only session cookie for sign-in. We don't request access to your contacts, mail, or files.

Reviews, star ratings, family attributes, and any optional age groups or visit date you share are public. Saved favorites are private to your account. Business suggestions are held for review. Please don't share children's names, birthdays, contact details, health information, or photos in reviews.

Share an honest experience.

Review places you've personally visited. Be specific and respectful. Don't post spam, advertising, threats, personal information, or invented experiences. Business owners should not review their own businesses. Each account can publish one review per place and update it later.

Service providers.

Cloudflare hosts the site, Neon stores the database, and Google handles sign-in. When enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile checks contribution forms for automated abuse. Those providers process information needed to operate the service under their own privacy policies. We don't use advertising trackers or sell your personal information.

Corrections and account requests.

For this initial release, there is no automated account deletion or reporting tool. Use the signed-in suggestion form to request a listing correction or account removal, and include no sensitive personal information. The operator must handle these requests manually.

Sample data.

Sample listings are fictional and unverified. Reviews of those listings are test submissions and may be removed when the real directory launches.
